Pungent and Hot Soup

Hot and Sour Soup, this was one of my favorites visually and flavor wise. It was surprisingly simple to make and lots of fun to photograph. Hope you enjoy!

I've recently added photos from the past six weeks of my Pastry and Asian Cuisine classes for this quarter. It was a little difficult to sift through the various photographs that I have taken of these classes, but I summed them all up and they are here for your visual pleasure. More are on the way as I continue through the next month of this quarter. Lots of new developments are on the horizon for me, hope you enjoy the photos.
